The Store Owner

The store owner typically has already either been a store manager and has been through the management training program. However, the owner generally does not spend much time within the store itself, leaving the day-to-day in-store operation to the store manager. Instead, she is focused on making relationships with ongoing sources of inventory, such as yard and estate sales, thrift stores, collectors, and libraries.
