Grouping Local Districts Into Area Districts

-Approximately 10 local districts in each area district (eventually)
-An area district operation does quadruple duty as a
1) distributor among local districts within its area
2) distributor among stores within its local urban district
3) shipping center for books to be handed to a USPS Area Distribution Center (ADC) for direct mailing to customers
4) distributor to and from its regional center and any books traveling outside of its area
-The closest edge of each local district is within 2 hour's drive from a USPS ADC
-An area district manager/developer will have a small fleet of drivers going to each local district daily
-The area district will also have a daily route to the regional center to which it belongs
-Books sold from local districts outside distribution all go through the area district operator
-Books are sorted by ADM into channels of distribution
-Channels use color-coded boxes guided by a computer app
-Computer app does the "heavy lifting" to enable the sorting process
-Books come in from other areas for distribution to either this area's local district stores or for USPS direct delivery
